The list of rules for the challenge: Each week the Library will release a Bingo Sheet. You cannot receive a previous weeks. Each Bingo Sheet must have the participants name written on it, Legibly. Participants can only receive a Max of 3 tickets per Bingo Sheet. 1 ticket for Bingo, 1 ticket for Blackout, 1 ticket for 100 minutes read. Name and number must be written, Legibly on all tickets. All participants have until July 25th to turn in Bingo Sheets. Any turned in after will not receive a ticket for the Grand Prize or be considered for the 100% prize.
