During Phase 2 of the Library’s Re-Opening Plan, beginning on May 18th, the Library will allow visits by appointment only. We ask that when visiting the Library patrons wear masks and observe social distancing. Due to the small size of our building, we will need limit the number of people in the Library at a time, so we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Please call us at (208)436-3874 to make an appointment
- Staff will schedule an appointment with up to 5 people.
- Appointments will be made in half hour increments, for a maximum of one hour per person per day. We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to use the library that needs to!
- Patrons will enter at the North side (double doors) of the Library and exit through the West side. Masks and hand sanitizer will be made available upon entering the library.
- When possible, we will attempt a no-contact checkout process. Patrons will be asked to scan their own items, with staff assisting only as needed.
- We ask that everyone practice social distancing in the Library and maintain 6 feet or 2 shelves distance from people not in their household.
- At this time we will not be providing any in-library programs. We plan to have Take & Make kits available for families soon.
- We ask that touching of items be kept to a minimum to avoid cross contamination.
*We are requiring patrons to wear masks and practice social distancing while visiting the library per CDC and Governor Little’s recommendations.*
